Shipping & Delivery

L'Odyssée Paris offers delivery as follows:

 

Colissimo  at home  and at a pick-up point

- Standard delivery in France (Corsica and Monaco included) with Colissimo. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after shipment. 

 

- Standard delivery in Europe (see Delivery Charges by Zone below 9-1) 

The average time is 6 to 8 working days after shipment. 

 

Standard International delivery (see Delivery costs by Zones below 9-1) the average time is 6 to 11 working days after dispatch.

 

Mondial Relay delivery

- Standard delivery in France (Corsica and Monaco included) with Colissimo. The average delivery time is 3 to 6 working days after shipment. 

 

- Standard delivery in Europe (see Delivery Charges by Zone below 9-1) 

The average time is 6 to 8 working days after shipment. 

 

Standard International delivery (see Delivery costs by Zones below 9-1) the average time is 6 to 11 working days after dispatch.

 

L'Odyssée Paris delivers Orders within a maximum period of 12 (twelve) working days for Delivery in France and 20 (twenty) working days for European and International Delivery. This period is counted from the day after the validation of the Order. 

Under no circumstances may the delivery time exceed 30 (thirty) days. If the delivery deadline is exceeded by more than 7 (seven) days and not due to a case of force majeure (below) in relation to the maximum period referred to above, the Customer may contact L'Odyssée Paris Customer Service for enjoin him to carry out the delivery within a reasonable additional time. In the event of non-compliance with this new deadline, the Customer may request from Odyssée Paris by e-mail the reimbursement of his Order. The contract and therefore the Sale will be considered terminated upon receipt by L'Odyssée Paris of the e-mail or letter by which the Customer informs it of its decision, unless delivery has taken place between sending and receiving the Customer's e-mail or letter.

In the event that the Order is definitively cancelled, the Customer will obtain a refund of the Price paid for his Order within 30 (thirty) days following the cancellation confirmed by e-mail.

Reimbursement will be provided by the Seller, according to the means of payment used during the initial Order.

Additionally, we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is unsafe. For example in the case of a collective postal address, or a post office box. If this affects any of your orders, we will let you know as soon as possible.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, among other things: street number, building, staircase, building codes, access, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal person (delivery to his company ). 

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or to post office boxes.

If it is impossible to make the Delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address, no reshipment can be made and the Customer will be reimbursed within 5 (five) days of receipt of the Order by the Odyssey Paris.


  Notwithstanding the foregoing, L'Odyssée Paris cannot be held responsible for the harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only reimbursement of the Product by L'Odyssée Paris being possible, excluding any other form of compensation.


  When L'Odyssée Paris takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery.

As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transport by the Customer and not by L'Odyssée Paris.

L'Odyssée Paris cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or justified by a case of force majeure:

 

Force Majeure 

In the event of the occurrence of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these GCS, L'Odyssée Paris shall inform the Customer thereof within 15 (fifteen) days of the occurrence of this event, by email or by letter. registered with acknowledgment of receipt. 

Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions of an industrial nature or disputes business, civil disturbance, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemic, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal modifications or regulatory forms of marketing, computer failure, blocking of telecommunications, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other case beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship. All of the parties' obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation. If the force majeure event continues for more than 3 (three) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of L'Odyssée Paris or the Client without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the Customer cannot be justified by a case of force majeure.

The sending is carried out by the services of the Post office in COLISSIMO. Shipping costs are €6.50

Shipping costs are offered from 120 of purchase.

 

COLISSIMO  Collection point

The sending is carried out by the services of the Post office in COLISSIMO. Shipping costs are €5.50

Shipping costs are offered from 120 of purchase.

 

WORLD Relay

The shipment is made by the services of Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are €4.50

Shipping costs are offered from 120 of purchase.

 

2 -EUROPE 

 

2.1  ZONE 1 (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) - ZONE 2 (United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Austria): 

COLISSIMO Europe.

The shipment is made by the services of La Poste in Colissimo. Shipping costs are €8.

 

MONDIAL Relay  Europe

The shipment is made by the services of Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are €6.

 

2.2 - AREA 3  (Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)  - ZONE 4 (Specific territories of Spain, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania).

COLISSIMO Europe

The shipment is made by the services of La Poste in Colissimo. Shipping costs are €9.90.

 

3-INTERNATIONAL ZONE 5  (US, Canada, Japan, Russia):

 

INTERNATIONAL COLISSIMO

The shipment is made by the services of La Poste in Colissimo. Shipping costs are €30 excluding customs fees and taxes.

Return & Refund

Procedure below valid for a return and/or right of withdrawal

As soon as the return is accepted by L'Odyssée Paris, the Customer will be informed by e-mail and may return the package.

To make a return: 

1. The Customer must complete and sign the Voucher corresponding to his request

2. The Customer must insert this Voucher in his package as well as the Product(s) to be returned

3. The Customer must enter the following mailing address:

L'Odyssée Paris, Returns Customer Service, 45 rue de Maubeuge 75009 PARIS

  Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer

In order to track his package, it is the Customer's responsibility to keep all proof of this return and its date.

Only new, unworn, unbroken and unsoiled products will be refunded. The Item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the label of the garment, its pouch and/or Dust Bag.

 

 

 

The return will be refused and will not give rise to reimbursement, in the following cases:

1 - Return of the order without a fabric pouch and/or without a dust bag and/or without a sealed or cut-out label.

2 - The products have been washed, used or worn except for a simple fitting

3 - The product is not complete. If your order includes different products that are not linked together (non-exhaustive examples of products linked together: pair, inseparable set, etc.), you can return only part of your order. Only returned products will be refunded

4 - The products have been modified or denatured

Once the verification of the returned items has been carried out, L'Odyssée Paris undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible 4 (four) to 5 (five) calendar days, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days following the date of validation of the return, to the Customer's bank account or payment account used for payment of the Items.
